About…
My name is Michal Brosh. I live in Amsterdam with my 2 energetic boys. I am a physiotherapist, a Pilates instructor and I combine those in my daily work with patients.
I specialize in practical treatment for back complaints; around pregnancy complaints (I am also a member of the diastasis-rectus network); and I am finishing these days Lymph-drainage education.
I have taught Pilates since 2008, and later that year I began my physiotherapy study at the HVA in the European School of Physiotherapy in Amsterdam. I graduated in 2011 and since then I have worked as physiotherapist in Amsterdam. In 2013 I was very happy to complete the Zwangerfit training course.
I started dancing at the age of 4. Since then, feeling and understanding movement became a great source of satisfaction in my life. I followed my passion by becoming a Pilates instructor and took the next step to study human movement and became a physiotherapist. With these two tools I help others reveal their bodily awareness and to learn their physical abilities.
During my own pregnancies I enjoyed staying active and fit. Therefore the Zwangerfit course was a natural step to allow me to become a certified trainer for pregnant women.
